Polslab is dedicated to advancing the field of science & engineering education, with a particular focus on physics at the secondary and introductory university levels. Our research revolves mostly around practical work (in physics), scientific inquiry and argumentation. Our projects aim to empower educators with transformative teaching strategies and equip students with the knowledge and skills needed for real-world applications.
At Polslab, we believe that knowledge is the cornerstone of progress, and we are determined to shape the future of science education through rigorous research and practical application. Next to the various publications - both academic and non-academic - we share our teaching materials open access. We also offer workshops and consultancy services to help educators and institutions improve their teaching practices.
